Nice find! But it’s an article written in 1913, about the second of the two sojourns in Paris of Abdu’l-Baha in 1913, not 1911.

The editor possibly had an image of what he wanted in his mind , but there wasn't a photo available. He probably had a composite drawn from other images and the imagination. Look at `Abdu'l-Baha's body structure, the length of his arms specifically - doesn't resemble anything I have ever seen before.
