Education should pretty much be available to everyone in the world. Due to limited resources in some of the developing countries (like my home country), I can see why many people don’t have access to education. That’s definitely not the case in Iran:

PowerShell: a long needed update to CMD
The command line utility cmd has finally received an upgrade from Microsoft. PowerShell 1.0 came out recently and we can finally use ls and grep in Windows without needing to install cygwin or to hunt down a bunch of ported versions of the linux command line apps.
